Mango jam with cumaru A jam that combines the delicious sweetness of Ubá mango with cumaru, the vanilla of the Amazon. From the fruits of the cumaru tree (*Dipteryx odorata*), a typical tree of the Amazon biome that can reach up to 30 meters in height, cumaru seeds are harvested, an ingredient known as Amazon vanilla.
