KAYAPÓ NUT CHOCOLATE
To strengthen the Brazil nut supply chain in Kayapó territories, the Associação Floresta Protegida (AFP) and the Kabu Institute (IK), organizations created and led by the Kayapó people, have joined forces in a coordinated strategy to access differentiated markets through BaY - Cooperativa Kayapó de Produtos da Floresta (COOBAY). COOBAY, in partnership with ODLE, a bean-to-bar chocolate factory, and Origens Brasil, created a special chocolate with Kayapó nuts. A 45% milk chocolate with special cocoa and nuts.
