Special 45% cocoa chocolate with Kayapó Cumaru
The Kabu Institute, in partnership with ODLE, a bean-to-bar chocolate factory, launched a special chocolate with Kayapó Cumaru in collaboration with Origens Brasil. A 45% milk chocolate with special cocoa and cumaru was crafted using an artisanal process, resulting in a product with sweet notes and a unique flavor. This initiative highlights the diverse uses of cumaru, the Amazon bean collected traditionally by hundreds of Kayapó families, contributing to forest protection and the valorization of traditional Kayapó production.
