Ritto 7 Grains Rice
Ritto with Yanomami Mushroom features a blend of 15 species of mushrooms collected by Sanöma Indigenous people, part of the Yanomami people. The mushrooms have a delicious and mild flavor that nourishes the body and soul while helping maintain the standing forest. This product results from a partnership between Mãe Terra, the Hutukara Yanomami Association, Instituto Atá, and the Origens Brasil® network to promote an ethical commercial relationship with transparency and traceability. The Yanomami Mushroom was the first native Amazon mushroom to be marketed in Brazil, a result of deep knowledge of forest management and the Yanomami people’s connection to their territory. The mushroom is found in the traditional Yanomami agricultural system.
