YANOMAMI MUSHROOM
The Yanomami Mushroom is a blend of 15 species of mushrooms collected by Sanöma Indigenous people, part of the Yanomami group, who live in the Yanomami Indigenous Land (Rio Negro Territory). Found in the traditional Yanomami agricultural system, the mushrooms have a delicious and mild flavor that nourishes the body and soul while helping maintain the standing forest . The Yanomami Mushroom was the first native Amazon mushroom to be marketed in Brazil, resulting from the deep knowledge of forest management and the connection between the Yanomami people and their territory.
