POWDERED SUPERFOOD
Powdered Superfood is a selection of 15 regenerative Amazon ingredients, perfect as a complete meal or a mid-day snack. The culture of powdered pepper (*assîsî*) is widespread in the Nhamunda Mapuera and Trombetas Mapuera Indigenous Lands and involves not only its preparation and consumption but also an entire social organization surrounding it. The production of powdered pepper is primarily carried out by Indigenous women, especially the elders of the villages, known as *tchatchas* in the Waiwai language. All the traditional knowledge involved in the production processes resides with these women, making them essential for managing the species and ensuring the continuity of traditional knowledge in the villages.
